Vood Vintage LLC specializes in vintage and pre-owned furniture, lighting, and decorative objects. All items are one-of-a-kind and may show signs of age, wear, or prior repairs consistent with their history.

Are your items new or refurbished?
Our items are vintage or pre-owned. Some pieces may have been restored or repaired, while others are offered in original condition. Any notable work or condition details are disclosed to the best of our ability.
Orders & Payment

Are all sales final?
Yes. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed unless explicitly agreed to in writing prior to purchase.

When is payment due?
Payment in full is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be released for shipping or pickup until payment has cleared.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is applied where required by law. Customers claiming resale exemptions must provide valid documentation before purchase.
Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time, Vood Vintage LLC ships within the United States only.

How long does shipping take?
Furniture shipments typically arrive within 10–20 business days, though delivery may take up to 4 weeks depending on location and carrier availability. Smaller items usually ship within 7 business days of payment.

How much does delivery cost?
Local and regional delivery rates begin at $150 and vary based on item size, distance, and access conditions. Shipping quotes are provided individually.

Who handles delivery?
All deliveries are completed by independent third-party carriers. Vood Vintage LLC coordinates shipping as a service but does not perform deliveries directly.

When does responsibility for my item transfer?
Responsibility transfers to the carrier once the item leaves our possession, or to the buyer at the time of pickup.

What is White Glove delivery?
White Glove delivery typically includes in-home placement and removal of delivery debris. Additional services such as stair carries, assembly, or special handling may incur extra fees and must be arranged in advance.
Local Pickup

Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Local pickup is available by appointment only.

How long do I have to pick up my item?
Items must be picked up within 7 calendar days of purchase unless otherwise arranged in writing. Items left longer than 30 days may be considered abandoned.

Can I send my own carrier?
Yes. Customers may arrange their own carrier, but responsibility for the item transfers at pickup.
Condition & Vintage Items

What condition are the items in?
Vintage items naturally show signs of age, use, and wear. Patina, minor imperfections, repairs, and variations are part of their character and are not considered defects.

Do you offer warranties or guarantees?
No. Vood Vintage LLC does not offer warranties or guarantees and cannot be responsible for functional changes that occur after purchase.
Damage & Claims

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Inspect your item immediately upon delivery before signing. Any damage must be noted with the carrier and reported to Vood Vintage LLC the same day, with photos provided within 24 hours.

Will you replace or refund damaged items?
No. Vood Vintage LLC does not replace or refund items damaged during transit. We will assist with filing a carrier claim, but the carrier is responsible for resolution.
Access & Delivery Conditions

What if my building has delivery restrictions?
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery access, including elevators, stairways, permits, or COI requirements. Additional fees resulting from access issues are the customer’s responsibility.

Can I see an item in person before purchasing?

Items are not held without payment unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
