General Terms

This website is owned and operated by Vood Vintage LLC. By accessing this site, placing an order, or arranging pickup or delivery, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published by Vood Vintage LLC.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

Sales & Finality

All items offered by Vood Vintage LLC are vintage or pre-owned and are sold on a final sale basis.

Once an order is placed and payment is received, it may not be canceled, returned, or exchanged unless expressly agreed to in writing prior to purchase.

Product Descriptions & Condition

We make every effort to represent each item accurately through photographs, measurements, and written descriptions. Minor variations, wear, patina, repairs, or age-related characteristics are considered part of the nature and value of vintage goods.

Vood Vintage LLC does not manufacture the items sold and therefore makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding condition, longevity, or functionality after purchase.

All items are sold as is.

Pricing & Payment

Full payment is required prior to shipment or pickup. Prices do not include shipping, delivery, taxes, or service fees unless explicitly stated. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Orders will not be released until payment has cleared in full.

Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

Shipping, delivery, and local pickup are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Key points include: (1) Shipping is available within the United States only; (2) Delivery is handled by third-party carriers; (3) Responsibility for items transfers at carrier pickup or customer pickup; and (4) Local pickup is by appointment only. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Returns Policy (Summary)

All sales are final. Vood Vintage LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including damage, delay, or carrier-related issues.

Damage, Loss & Liability

Vood Vintage LLC is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft that occurs once an item has been transferred to a shipping carrier or collected by the buyer or their representative.

Customers are responsible for inspecting items upon delivery and following the carrier’s claim procedures if necessary. Assistance with claims may be provided as a courtesy, but resolution remains the responsibility of the carrier.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for: (1) Providing accurate contact and delivery information; (2) Ensuring adequate access for delivery or pickup; and (3) Complying with building, HOA, or carrier requirements. Additional costs incurred due to access issues, failed deliveries, or rescheduling are the buyer’s responsibility.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including images and text, is the property of Vood Vintage LLC and may not be used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Social Media & User Content

Any content shared publicly that references or tags Vood Vintage LLC may be used for promotional purposes without compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vood Vintage LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase or use of any product.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Vood Vintage LLC operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Severability

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Returns Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the vintage and one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, Vood Vintage LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.

Exceptions may only be made if explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to purchase.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Vood Vintage LLC sells vintage and one-of-a-kind furniture and décor. We currently ship eligible items within the United States only and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Because of the nature of vintage items, all pieces are sold as-is and all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Shipping Within the United States

Vood Vintage LLC works with trusted third-party freight and delivery carriers to ship items throughout the contiguous United States. Furniture shipments typically arrive within 10–20 business days, though delivery timelines may extend up to 4 weeks depending on location, carrier scheduling, and external factors. All shipments are handled by independent carriers; delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an item leaves our possession, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

White Glove Delivery

White Glove delivery is available through third-party providers for most furniture items. This service generally includes: (1) Transport of the item; (2) Placement inside the home at the designated location; and (3) Removal of delivery debris. Additional services such as stair carries, assembly, tight access handling, or rigging may result in extra fees and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in advance.

Local & Regional Delivery

Local and regional delivery is available through third-party carriers. Delivery rates begin at $150 and vary based on size, distance, and access conditions. Delivery fees must be paid in full prior to scheduling. Expedited delivery may be available at additional cost. Once items are picked up by the carrier, Vood Vintage LLC is no longer responsible for the goods.

Small Item Shipping (UPS/FedEx/USPS)

Eligible smaller items may ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Orders typically ship within 7 business days of cleared payment. Shipments are insured and usually sent signature required, unless waived by the customer in writing. Vood Vintage LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery attempts, or theft after confirmed delivery. Returned shipments due to incorrect addresses or missed deliveries will incur additional shipping charges.

Local Pickup (Appointment Only)

Local pickup is available by appointment only from our warehouse and is free of charge. Pickup must occur within 7 calendar days of purchase unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Customers or their designated carriers assume full responsibility for the item once it leaves our premises. Items not picked up within 30 calendar days will be considered abandoned and become the property of Vood Vintage LLC, with no refunds or credits issued.

Delivery Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring: (1) Accurate delivery addresses; (2) Adequate access for delivery (doorways, hallways, stairs, elevators); and (3) Compliance with building rules or delivery restrictions. Failed or refused deliveries due to access issues may result in re-delivery or additional carrier fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Damage, Loss & Claims

Vood Vintage LLC is not liable for damage, loss, or theft that occurs during or after shipping once the item has been transferred to a carrier. Customers must: (1) Inspect items immediately upon delivery; (2) Note any damage directly with the carrier before signing; (3) Notify Vood Vintage LLC the same day; and (4) Provide photos of the item and packaging within 24 hours.

Original packaging must be retained to process claims. While we will assist with filing insurance claims, carriers are solely responsible for damage or loss. Insurance deductibles remain the responsibility of the customer.

Customer-Arranged Shipping

Customers may arrange their own shipping or use third-party receivers. In these cases: (1) Responsibility transfers at pickup; (2) Vood Vintage LLC is not responsible for packaging, handling, or damage; and (3) The receiving party assumes full responsibility if damage is not documented at delivery.
